Perkuna 47 (zwana dalej „Zamawiającym” lub „EXATEL”) w ramach realizowanego projektu SAT2Rescue”- Bezpieczne rozwiązanie oparte na SATCOM usprawniające działania służb ratowniczych oraz misji poszukiwawczo-ratowniczych (Secured SATCOM-based solution enhancing emergency services and search & rescue missions) , współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej („UE”) reprezentowanej przez Agencję Unii Europejskiej ds. Programu Kosmicznego ( European Union Agency for the Space Programme – organ delegowany przez Komisję Europejską) (Project 101180110 — SAT2Rescue — HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE, 4.10.2024 r.), Konkurs ofert nr 06/2026, zwraca się z prośbą o przedstawienie oferty na dostawę modemów satelitarnych niezbędnych dla realizacji projektu „SAT2Rescue” project- zgodnie z opisem stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do niniejszego zapytania o ofertę.
EXATEL S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Perkuna 47 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “EXATEL”) as part of the implemented SAT2Rescue project – Secured SATCOM-based solution enhancing emergency services and search & rescue missions , co-funded by the European Union („EU”) represented by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme – the body delegated by the European Commission (Project 101180110 – SAT2Rescue – HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE, 4.10.2024), Competition for tender No. 06/2026, requests to submit an offer for the supply of a satellite modems necessary for the implementation of the “SAT2Rescue” project” – in accordance with the description constituting Annex 1 to this request for quotation.
1. Bardzo proszę o uwzględnienie w ofercie następujących punktów / Please include the following points in your offer:
a) Cen jednostkowych (netto/szt) + całkowitą wartość Przedmiotu Zamówienia (netto) w tym koszty dostawy / Unit prices (net/pcs) + total value of the Subject of the Order (net) including delivery costs
b) Termin ważności Oferty nie krótszy niż 60 dni / The validity period of the Offer is not less than 60 days
c) Inne informacje/dane techniczne – karta katalogowa, link do specyfikacji / Other information/technical data – catalog card, link to specifications;
d) Termin dostawy (Termin realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia od daty zawarcia Zamówienia) / Delivery date (The deadline for completion of the Subject of the Order from the date of conclusion of the Order).
2. Złożenie Oferty stanowi potwierdzenie akceptacji standardowych warunków zakupowych Exatel takich jak / Submitting an Offer constitutes confirmation of acceptance of Exatel’s standard purchasing conditions, such as:
a) Warunki płatności – 30 dni po otrzymaniu faktury zgodnie z zasadami Split Payment ( w przypadku braku takiej możliwości proszę o inną propozycję) / Payment terms – 30 days after receiving the invoice in accordance with the Split Payment rules (if this is not possible, please submit another proposal)
b) Kary umowne: 0,5 % wartości Zamówienia za każdy dzień zwłoki w realizacji Zamówienia oraz zgody na potrącenie kar umownych z Wynagrodzenia Dostawcy/
Contractual penalties: 0.5% of the Order value for each day of delay in the execution of the Order and consent to deduct contractual penalties from the Supplier’s
3. Treść zamówienia stanowiącego Załącznik nr 2 do niniejszego zapytania o ofertę zostanie uzgodniona ostatecznie z wybranym wykonawcą / The content of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to this Request for Quotation will be finally agreed with the selected contractor.
4. Ocena i porównanie ofert / Evaluation and comparision of tenders:
a) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do wyboru Oferty najkorzystniejszej ekonomicznie tj. przedstawiającej najkorzystniejszą cenę / The Employer reserves the right to select the most economically advantageous Tender, i.e. the one presenting the best price.
b) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do wyjaśnienia treści złożonych Ofert / The Employer reserves the right to clarify the content of submitted Tenders.
c) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do negocjacji cen ofertowych / The Employer reserves the right to negotiate Tender prices.
d) Wszelkie próby wywarcia wpływu na Zamawiającego ze strony Oferenta przy ocenie i porównaniu Ofert skutkować będą odrzuceniem Oferty tego Oferenta / Any attempts by the Tenderer to influence the Employer in the evaluation and comparison of Tenders shall result in the rejection of the Tender.
e) Zamawiający nie dopuszcza ofert częsciowych / The Employer does not allow partial offers.
5. Pozostałe wymagania / Other requirements
a) Każdy Oferent może złożyć tylko jedną Ofertę / Each Tenderer may submit only one Tender.
b) Oferta musi być podpisana przez osoby upoważnione do reprezentowania Oferenta / The Tender must be signed by individuals authorised to represent the Tenderer.
c) Wraz z Ofertą należy przesłać podpisane przez osoby upoważnione do reprezentowania Oferenta Oświadczenie, którego wzór stanowi załącznik nr 3 / Together with the Offer must be sent signed by individuals authorised to represent the Tenderer Statment Appendix No. 3 to this Request for Quotation
d) Upoważnienie osób podpisujących Ofertę wynikać musi bezpośrednio z dokumentu stwierdzającego status prawny Oferenta (odpisu z właściwego rejestru), w przypadku jeżeli nie wynika to bezpośrednio z ww. dokumentu, to do Oferty należy dołączyć oryginał lub poświadczoną za zgodność z oryginałem kopię stosownego pełnomocnictwa wystawionego przez osoby do tego upoważnione / The authorisation of the individuals signing the Tender must follow directly from the documents attached to the Tender. This means that if such authorisation does not directly follow from the document stating the Tenderer’s legal status (extract from the relevant register), the original document or a certified copy of the relevant power of attorney issued by individuals authorised to do so must be attached to the Tender or another document indicating such authorization if the Contractor has its registered office outside the territory of the Republic of Poland.
BARDZO WAŻNE INFORMACJE / VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
1. Ofertę należy przesłać na adres mailowy: oferty@exatel.pl nie później niż do dnia 09.04.2026r., do końca dnia / The Tender should be sent via e-mail to the following address: oferty@exatel.pl no later than 09.04.2026, until end of the day.
2. Wszelkie pytania, uwagi lub propozycje zmian, prośby o wydłużenie terminu należy przesłać na adres mailowy: oferty@exatel.pl przed wyznaczonym terminem złożenia Oferty tj. przed 09.04.2026r.
/ Any questions, comments or suggestions for changes, requests for extension of the deadline should be sent via e-mail to the following address: oferty@exatel.pl before the deadline for submitting the Offer, i.e. before 09.04.2026.
3. EXATEL zastrzega sobie prawo do odrzucenia oferty nie zawierającej wszystkich wymaganych informacji, swobodnego wyboru Oferenta oraz unieważnienia postępowania bez podania przyczyny.
/ EXATEL reserves the right to reject an offer that does not contain all the required information, to freely select the Contractor, and to cancel the proceedings without giving a reason.
