EXATEL S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Perkuna 47 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “EXATEL”) requests to submit an offer for the supply of a software license for the advanced Link Budget calculation application for satellite networks – in accordance with the description constituting Annex 1 to this request for quotation. Competition for tenders No. 41.2026.
1. Please include the following points in your offer:
a) Unit prices (net/pcs) + total value of the Subject of the Order (net) including delivery costs
b) The validity period of the Offer is not less than 30 days, counted from the deadline for submitting Offers
c) Other information/technical data – catalog card, link to specifications
d) Information regarding the warranty for the offered license
e) Delivery date (The deadline for completion of the Subject of the Order is up to 30 calendar days from the day the signed order is delivered by the Purchaser).
2. Submitting an Offer constitutes confirmation of acceptance of Exatel’s standard purchasing conditions, such as:
a) Payment terms – 30 days after receiving the invoice in accordance with the Split Payment rules (if this is not possible, please submit another proposal)
b) Contractual penalties: 0.5% of the Order value for each commenced day of delay in the execution of the Order and consent to deduct contractual penalties from the Supplier’s
3. The content of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to this Request for Quotation will be finally agreed with the selected contractor.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. The Tender should be sent via e-mail to the following address: oferty@exatel.pl no later than 12.07.2026.
2. Any questions, comments or suggestions for changes, requests for extension of the deadline should be sent by 2 business days before the deadline for submitting the Offer.
3. EXATEL does not allow the submission of partial offers.
4. The reguest is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code, and is only an invitation to submit offers in order to select the most advantageous offer and conclude a contract / order with the chosen Supplier. EXATEL will compare only those offers that have been submitted on time and whose content meets the requirements specified in the inquiry.
5. The offers will be evaluated by EXATEL based on the following criteria and their importance: Price 100%.
