Spółka pod nazwą EXATEL S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ul. Perkuna 47 (zwana dalej „Zamawiającym” lub „EXATEL”) po przeanalizowaniu ofert, które wpłynęły w odpowiedzi na zaproszenie do składania ofert na: „dostawę kompletnego terminala satelitarnego wraz z wyposażeniem, usługą szkolenia oraz zapewnionym okresem gwarancji na okres co najmniej 36 miesięcy, dla realizacji projektu „SAT2Rescue”- Bezpieczne rozwiązanie oparte na SATCOM usprawniające działania służb ratowniczych oraz misji poszukiwawczo-ratowniczych (Secured SATCOM-based solution enhancing emergency services and search & rescue missions) , współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej („UE”) reprezentowanej przez Agencję Unii Europejskiej ds. Programu Kosmicznego ( European Union Agency for the Space Programme – organ delegowany przez Komisję Europejską) (Project 101180110 — SAT2Rescue — HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE, 4.10.2024 r.)., Konkurs Ofert nr 4/2025 informuje że dokonała wyboru, jako najkorzystniejszej, oferty złożonej przez: Wi Link sp. z o.o.
Zamawiający jednocześnie informuje, że w niniejszym Konkursie wpłynęły następujące oferty, które uzyskały punktację:
1. Wi Link sp. z o.o – 100 pkt.

Perkuna 47 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “EXATEL”) after analyzing the offers that were received in response to invitattion to Tenders to submit offers, for: “the supply of a complete satellite terminal together with training service, necessary for the implementation of the “SAT2Rescue” project – Secured SATCOM-based solution enhancing emergency services and search & rescue missions , co-funded by the European Union („EU”) represented by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme – the body delegated by the European Commission (Project 101180110 – SAT2Rescue – HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE, 4.10.2024)., Competition for tenders No. 4/2025, informs that it has selected the offer submitted by: Wi Link sp. z o.o.
The Employer also informs that the following offers were submitted in this Tenders and received points:
