Perkuna 47 (zwana dalej „Zamawiającym” lub „EXATEL”) zaprasza do złożenia ofert, w celu zawarcia umowy/udzielenia zamówienia na: „anteny satelitarnej 1,8 metra niezbędnej dla realizacji projektu „SAT2Rescue”- Bezpieczne rozwiązanie oparte na SATCOM usprawniające działania służb ratowniczych oraz misji poszukiwawczo-ratowniczych (Secured SATCOM-based solution enhancing emergency services and search & rescue missions) , współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej („UE”) reprezentowanej przez Agencję Unii Europejskiej ds. Programu Kosmicznego ( European Union Agency for the Space Programme – organ delegowany przez Komisję Europejską) (Project 101180110 — SAT2Rescue — HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE, 4.10.2024 r.)., Konkurs Ofert nr 8/2025.
EXATEL S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Perkuna 47 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “EXATEL”) invites you to submit tenders, hereinafter referred to as “Tenders”, in order to conclude an agreement for: “ supply of a 1.8-meter satellite antenna, necessary for the implementation of the “SAT2Rescue” project – Secured SATCOM-based solution enhancing emergency services and search & rescue missions , co-funded by the European Union („EU”) represented by the European Union Agency for the Space Programme – the body delegated by the European Commission (Project 101180110 – SAT2Rescue – HORIZON-EUSPA-2023-SPACE, 4.10.2024)., Competition for tenders No. 8/2025.
Postępowanie zakupowe jest procesowane w języku polskim i w języku angielskim.

BARDZO WAŻNE INFORMACJE / VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Ofertę należy przesłać na adres mailowy: magdalena.rejmer@exatel.pl nie później niż do dnia 25.07.2025 r., do godz. 14:00.
The Tender should be sent via e-mail to the following address: magdalena.rejmer@exatel.pl no later than 25.07.2025, until 14:00.
2. Przesłana Oferta musi zawierać : (Podpisany przez upoważnioną do reprezentacji firmy osobę/osoby – Formularz Ofertowy (Załącznik nr 2 do Zaproszenia, Pełnomocnictwo – Załącznik nr 3 do Zaproszenia – jeżeli upoważnienie do reprezentacji firmy nie wynika z dokumentów rejestrowych firmy, Specyfikację techniczną dla oferowanych urządzeń).
The submitted Offer must include: (Signed by the person/persons authorized to represent the company – Offer Form (Appendix No. 2 to the Invitation, Power of Attorney – Appendix No. 3 to the Invitation – if the authorization to represent the company does not result from the company’s registration documents, Technical specification for the offered devices).
3. Wszelkie pytania, uwagi lub propozycje zmian, prośby o wydłużenie terminu należy przesłać najpóżniej na 3 dni przed wyznaczonym terminem złożenia Oferty tj. przed 25.07.2025 r., do godz. 14:00.
Any questions, comments or suggestions for changes, requests for extension of the deadline should be sent no later than 3 days before the deadline for submitting the Offer, i.e. before 25.07.2025, until 14:00.
4. Oferty w których znajdą się zmiany/ uwagi przesłane w dniu 25.07.2025 r., do godz. 14:00 będą odrzucone.
Offers containing changes/comments sent on 25/07/2025 by 14:00 will be rejected.
