On March 14, 2026, Ordinance of the Minister of Digital Affairs of 29 September 2025 on complaints about electronic communications services or optional billing services (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1371), (hereinafter: “Ordinance”) enters into force. Therefore, we are changing the terms of Regulations on the provision of telecommunications Services by EXATEL S.A. (hereinafter: “Regulations”), adapting them to the applicable provisions of the Ordinance.
The above-mentioned changes concern the provisions regulating the complaint procedure and consist in rewording the provisions of § 27 and § 28 of the Regulations and deleting § 281 and § 282 of the Regulations.
