Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy refers to the performance of the website, namely, ”exatel.pl“ (hereinafter referred to as the ”website“) as well as the communication and sending of messages, including the scope of processing of the data necessary for the communication with potential clients and also the clients outside the website by EXATEL S.A.

The Data Controller is EXATEL S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Perkuna 47, 04-164 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000044577, Tax Identification Number [NIP] 537-010-45-68, share capital in the amount of PLN 576 854 599, paid up in full, hereinafter referred to as ”We“. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the website and resign from communication with us.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. 1. We respect the privacy rights and are committed to ensuring data security, including the security of personal data. The website and the entire communication are encrypted.
  2. The personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of law and Privacy Policy.
  3. What information and data are processed by us?
    – while browsing the website: IP address, cookies associated with the user, Google Analytics cookies and other cookies listed below,
    – the process of signing up for the newsletter/subscription: IP address, cookies associated with the user, e-mail address, company name, name and surname, sex, company, tax identification number, phone number,
    – during the communication with us: all information regarding purchasing preferences of a user, which will help in building an offer that is most suited to the expectations and needs of the user, and which is supplied by the user or is a consequence of analysis of their behaviour. this is described in detail in the section called ”ANALYSIS“.
  4. We do not make the user data available to any third parties. We can do it only if the relevant consent has been given to us or if this follows from the provisions of law..

 

COOKIES

  1. We use cookies from Google Analytics. Cookies are IT data, in particular test files, which are stored in the user’s device and are intended for the examination of the user’ behaviour on the website. They help to evaluate which elements of the website are effective and which of them do not enjoy popularity. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of their storage on the user’s device and the unique number.
  2. We take advantage of social media cookies used by the user to connect them with the website cookies and display ads in the social media used by the user.

In the case of the social media cookies used by the user, we ask the user to become familiar with the privacy policy of the websites used by them.
  4. Cookies are used for the needs of creating statistics, which help to understand how Internet users use a website. This allows the improvement of website’s structure and content.
  5. We also use SALESmanago cookies. They help to create and monitor behavioural profiles and to analyse the mass traffic.   6. The website user gives their consent to using the website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Additionally, through the modification of settings of their internet browser each user may prevent the cookies from being saved on their device or delete the saved files permanently. The relevant decision can be taken using the internet browser settings. The only required thing to do is to switch off the cookie support.

 

ANALYSIS

  1. Each website user gives their consent regarding data analysis in order to optimise and match the purchasing content. Profiling has no influence on any decisions related to the user, but only helps to determine:
    – who the user is
    – what offer will be the most advantageous
    – what contents on the website are of greatest interest to the user and which of them are useful
    – the locations which are the best to advertise products
    – when and how commercial offers should best be communicated
  2. The person who communicates with us and gives us their consent regarding data analysis for the purpose of optimising and matching the purchasing content, allows us to determine:
    – who they are?
    – what offer will be the most advantageous
    – the best locations to advertise products
    – when and how the commercial offers should best be communicated
  3. Analysis allows us to select the locations and advertising content which, by being linked with the profile, allow, in our opinion, the delivery of the best matching purchasing content.

  5. No data of special categories are processed based on building the purchasing profiles.

 

COMMERCIAL INFORMATION / MARKETING

  1. The user who agrees to receive commercial information from us will obtain the information about products, offers, promotions, sales events regarding products of the EXATEL brand.
  2. The user who agrees to receive marketing information from us will obtain marketing information regarding the EXATEL brand.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

  1. You can address us with a request for access to information regarding the data that we process about you, and you can demand their rectification, removal or restriction of its processing.
