The sole shareholder is the State Treasury. The share capital amounts to PLN 576 854 559,00 PLN.
General Meeting
The Minister of State Assets exercises the rights under shares owned by the State Treasury, to the extent set out in art. 7(2) of the act of 16 December 2016 on state property management.
