Pursuant to the agreement, we will utilize the scientific achievements of WUT in the field of modern network technologies. The outcomes of the cooperation are potential breakthrough ICT products that the university will be able to implement quickly. It will be possible, among others, to using WUT laboratories constructed as part of the domestic PL-LAB research infrastructure.
“I am really pleased to welcome the signing of the agreement between the Warsaw University of Technology and Exatel, which is a telecommunications network operator. We hope that our knowledge and the experience of specialists from our university, combined with Exatel’s potential are fully utilized in joint ventures and projects” – stressed Prof. dr hab. After signing the agreement, we issue a joint statement with WUT representatives on planned expansion of the cooperation. Among other things, it is to concern ICT support for WUT laboratories, which we will provide with a fibre-optic connection – something very necessary in research on network technologies.
“I would like to thank the employees of the Warsaw University of Technology and Exatel who contributed to concluding this agreement. I am certain that this is only the first step towards a better future” – summed up Nikodem Bończa Tomaszewski.
