For several years we have been intensively developing our team and competences to create more and more unique projects. We love what we do. We experience the ups and downs together. We grow and confront daily challenges together. We believe that thanks to us the world changes for the better. It is the sense of common purpose that is our fuel for everyday efforts. 

We’re a close-knit team. Sales support, accounting, administration, controlling, sales, developers, analysts, technicians, network architects, HR… We work in different areas, but we share a sense of mission and the realisation that each of us has a real impact on the development of the entire organization.

 For me, as a HR specialist, human relations are the most important. Building effective teams, while being a partner for the management, and not only the executor of its will; recruiting, introducing new faces to the company and supporting them in adapting to their new workplace – this is very life-fulfilling. Moreover, observing the outcomes – particularly when such solutions aid others in their work – is a pleasure.

The entire enterprise must participate in creating innovations – seriously – the whole company! You need a whole range of professions and skills acting together – from accounting, through marketing, to software development and engineering.

In the interest of our clients, we are working on technology that will contribute to the state budget. And then what I earned in industry I spend as a scientist and the circle closes.
