Magdalena Gaj

Management Board President

Legal counsel, manager, and expert in the fields of telecommunications, public policy, and digital security.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Strategic Leadership Academy of the ICAN Institute.
She has held key positions in public administration: she served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure and at the Ministry of Administration and Digitization, and from 2012 to 2016 she held the office of President of the Office of Electronic Communications. During that time, she led the digital switchover of terrestrial television, opened new frequency bands for mobile services, and strengthened consumer rights. She represented Poland at the EU and ITU forums, co-creating European policy on radio spectrum.
In recent years, she managed the legal and advisory firm MMI Proconnect, and since 2024 she has been Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska.

Since April 2025, she has served as President of the Management Board of EXATEL S.A., responsible for the company’s strategic development, security services, critical communications, and modern network technologies.

Vice President of the Management Board at EXATEL S.A. (since July 2024) and Vice President of the Management Board at ENERGO-TEL Sp. z o.o.
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the MBA-IT program at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
Expert in telecommunications and cybersecurity with over 30 years of experience.
He began his professional career at NASK, where he held key management positions for over 15 years, including as Technical Director responsible for the development and security of the national telecommunications network. He co-created the strategy for IT infrastructure modernization, implemented network protection systems, and developed Security Operations Center (SOC) services.
As part of his collaboration with Netia, he participated in building data transmission networks and organized and supervised the team responsible for network management and monitoring.
In the following years, he led the technical team at ComCERT. He founded and managed SOC24, where he carried out projects related to cyber threat monitoring and security incident management. As President and Managing Director of SOC24, he was responsible for the establishment and development of the company specializing in Security Operations Center services, including the implementation of advanced threat analysis and incident response systems.
He was also Director of SOC24 at NOMIOS Poland, where he oversaw operations related to cybersecurity and network security management.
Lecturer at Lazarski University in the field of cybersecurity management.

Waldemar Budzyński

Involved in the ICT industry for over 30 years.
A manager with many years of experience serving as a member of the management boards of capital companies (TVP S.A., EXATEL S.A., NOM Sp. z o.o., Edison S.A., CL City S.A.), also holding positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer (ComputerLand S.A., Prokom Software S.A., Prokom Internet S.A.), as well as in government administration (Ministries of: Communications, National Defence, and Administration and Digitization).
Served as a member of supervisory boards in several companies.
Graduate of the Maritime University in Gdynia – Master of Science in Electronics with a specialization in Radiocommunication, and postgraduate studies in financial management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
In his youth, served as a radio officer on ships of the Polish Steamship Company.

Maciej Nauman

Maciej Nauman

Management Board Vice President

He has many years of experience in managerial positions in both the private and public sectors, supported by practical knowledge in management, sales, and business development.
He was educated in the United States and Switzerland. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw in the International Business Program and of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Project Management.
He gained his professional experience by holding key positions in organizations such as NASK, PFR Nieruchomości, and American Heart of Poland, as well as by running his own business.

Since July 2024, he has been associated with EXATEL S.A., where he has held, among others, the position of Managing Director for Sales, defining the directions for sales and product development as part of the Company’s Strategy for 2025–2027. As Vice President of the Management Board, he will be responsible for sales in the corporate market segment.
