We inform you that the Supervisory Board of EXATEL S.A., as a result of qualification proceedings, has appointed a new CEO and Vice President of Sales to the Company’s Management Board.
Mr. Tomasz Kruk has been appointed as the CEO and will start his duties on July 1st of this year.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jacek Terpiłowski has been appointed as the Vice President of Sales and will start his duties on July 15th of this year.
