The voice traffic termination service – owing to direct exchange points with landline and mobile networks in Poland and abroad – enables terminating voice calls in any part of the world. Our top-class systems allow us to fully monitor all service elements, namely: connection route, traffic routing, resource availability at exchange points and the transmitted inter-network information (signalling, CLIP, etc.).
The Standard variant of voice termination is addressed to clients looking for most price-attractive offers, while maintaining good quality parameters of the service. It is fully implemented using EXATEL’s traffic management system, which guarantees high quality and cost-effectiveness, while enabling optimal transit route selection for each connection.
The Premium variant is implemented fully through direct points of exchange with operator networks that constitute the destination of transmitted voice. This is directed at clients who require the highest quality. EXATEL monitors all quality parameters of each call in real-time.
We provide the voice transit (voice wholesale) service to domestic and international wholesale operators interested in exchanging telecommunications traffic. Access to it is ensured through inter-operator contact points or via the open Internet. The connection can be set up based on the TDM (SS7) or VoIP (SIP, H.323) technology.

We also have international exchange points in Frankfurt (Equinix) and London (Telehouse), as well as IP points that enable mass-scale voice transit via Tier 1 networks on all continents. Cooperation with over 200 operators worldwide allows us to offer voice transit to all fixed and mobile networks, regardless of their location.
The Premium service is provided in cooperation with selected global EXATEL partners, via selected exchange points, and in the client-chosen technology – TDM or IP (using the networks of leading global operators). This allows to ensure the best ASR, ACD, CLI quality parameters and to eliminate FAS.
