On 29-30 September at the Warsaw EXPO XXI Centre will be held the third edition of the Defence24 Day conference. EXATEL representatives will also be among the speakers.
Defence24 Day is Poland’s largest conference dedicated to military security attended by the most important people involved in defence and security. This year the event will be taking place for two days, as the meeting will be combined with an international scientific conference and exhibition SOFEAST which is devoted to special operations forces and battlefield rescue. Also, this year the event will feature numerous debates and symposia.
EXATEL will of course be present at this year’s Defence24 Day conference. Rafał Magryś, Vice-President of the Company, will take part in the debate entitled “Space capabilities – the key to strengthening Poland’s sovereignty”. The debate will start on September 29 at 4 p.m. sharp. The panel will also feature other speakers, such as:
- Colonel Rafał Borek, Director of the Department of Defence Programs, Polish Space Agency (POLSA),
- Colonel Marcin Górka, Director of the Department of Innovation of the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of National Defence Plenipotentiary for Space,
- Piotr Zabadała, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation and Industrial Policy in the Ministry of Development and Technology,
- Aviv Kanelbaum, Business Development Manager, IAI
- Bartosz Sokoliński, Managing Director for Innovation and Technology, Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.
The debate will be moderated by Marcin Kamassa, the editor-in-chief of Space24.pl. One of the key topics of discussion will be defining the needs of our country in relation to the global development of space technologies and whether and how Polish companies can use their potential to perform key technological public needs.
