EXATEL’s partner program has been around for more than 4 years and it provides strong support for the Company’s sales activities. Initially, only a few companies joined the program, today we have more than 80 partners. The company plans to further develop the program and pays the utmost attention to creating long-lasting relationships.

EXATEL’s partners include integrators, as well as small local companies providing IT support services, for example. Most of the companies come from big cities – Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice, but there are also local solution providers.

‘Our wide range of solutions, starting with ones in the operator’s field, ending with cyber-security services, makes our offer attractive to many companies looking to expand their portfolio with new competencies and services. We offer cooperation to hardware and software distributors, IT and telecommunications consulting service providers, but also to integrators or independent IT implementers. We bring together companies from all over Poland, but there are still undeveloped regions where we are constantly looking for new partners,’ – said Bartosz Serda, Director of the Business Market and Partner Cooperation Office at EXATEL, coordinator of the partner program.

As highlighted by Bartosz Serda, partners receive support at every stage of discussions with their customers and they also get access to a full portfolio of services. Operating and telecommunications services, including leased lines and fibers, Ethernet, Internet, IP telephony are among the most popular services, chosen by the customers acquired by our partners. Services in the area of cyber security, i.e. protection against DDoS attacks, pentesting or IT security consulting, are also on the list.

In addition to the benefits listed on the Company’s website, Partners who join the program receive a guarantee of unchanged terms and conditions throughout the term of the contract, as well as attractive commissions and steady income from services provided.

‘We are committed to orderly and sustainable relationships with our partners. We take a flexible approach to each partner’s needs and offer a clear competency-building path that develops and rewards the best competitors. Partners can earn three levels of certification: Authorized, Silver and Gold. Each of them is associated with additional benefits, and for the customer it means high expertise in the area of services offered – adds Bartosz Serda, EXATEL.
