On September 23-26, EXATEL employees took part in the renovation of common space at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute – one of the largest children’s hospitals in Poland.
The institute’s patients and their caregivers, are often forced to make frequent visits or even stay in the hospital for longer periods of time. In order to make patients feel better, organizations and associations ready to help can volunteer to work at Children’s Memorial Health Institute, in order to renovate and decorate hospital’s areas. This is why, several EXATEL employees recently visited the institute, where they repainted the walls of the staircase and decorated them with original, large-format stickers depicting animals floating joyfully among the stars and fantasy planets.
‘EXATEL is always open to charity. We are pleased and motivated by the fact that people want to get involved and help selflessly. Our work at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute certainly was not our last. We already have more campaigns like this planned and I encourage everyone to do the same.’ – Nikodem Bończa Tomaszewski
The renovation of the walls at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute, was EXATEL’s first CSR activity carried out in cooperation with the institute. We are already planning the next one, which we hope will bring joy to the patients once again.
