We received the European Cybersecurity Award at the CYBERSEC conference, which started today. The prize was awarded to President Nikodem Bończa Tomaszewski during the opening ceremony.
“By awarding this prize we want to emphasize how important to us is combining business activity and the Polish technical ideas. Exatel has been part of Cybersec since the first edition. The European Cybersecurity Awards was awarded for the substantive contribution that the company brings to our conference” – Dominik Skokowski, director for cooperation with partners at the Kościuszko Institute.
The awareness of cyber threats and ways to tackle them are the most important weapons we have in terms of cybersecurity. This is why we participate in initiatives that help expand this awareness within both business and public domains. So as to build such recognition, we also organize our own events, such as the Exatel Security Day.
The CYBERSEC Forum means two days of intense debates 130 speakers and over 1000 participants from all over the world. It is one of the five most important cybersecurity conferences in Europe. The objective of such meetings is to work out practical solutions strengthening NATO security and supporting the further development of the innovative EU economy.
